Sarah Hollingworth

Sarah is a Clinical Psychologist, baker, knitter and mother of two young kids.

She has been working as a Clinical Psychologist since 2011. She thinks that the best thing about being a Clinical Psychologist is developing authentic and supportive therapeutic relationships with her clients. She especially enjoys working with longer-term therapy clients, where she feels that she can get to know her clients really well. She loves supporting them through all of life’s ups and downs and being there for the journey.

Her clients would probably describe her as warm, quirky and widely read!

Sarah is a neuro-affirming therapist and practices from a trauma- informed perspective.

She uses a range of therapeutic modalities, including Schema Informed Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Systemic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Sarah is a Board Approved Supervisor.
